Just write it in plain simple English, if he/she can't understand it, she/he will get someone that can. Trust me I used to have an internet cafe here in Thailand and was always getting asked to interrupt e-mails from overseas.

If you write your note in English offering to send money to your boyfriend - he will understand! Just like when guys send letters and email back to their girlfriends - they find someone to translate. If money is involved they certainly will respond!

Most of the internet shops also do a little translating too. You see Thai girls sending emails to their boyfriends asking for money all the time often with the shop clerk helping.

Typing your answer in Thai will be more of a problem if you can not just copy and paste!

Why not stick to something simple like "do you need money?" No problem getting translations for that because that is the same thing stupid guys ask for girls they randomly meet and fall in lust with.

Do you know that Thais on the internet always got an eye out for someone they can fool to send them money. You can always give me your email address I can always use a few dollars for rent and food, and the best part is I understand English.
