Can i get a mobile sim card that covers most south east asian countries (thailand, Cambodia, laos, Vietnam)?

Try "Pantip Plaza" in Bangkok on the ground floor, over to the left as you walk in. They will be able to help you, but i dont think there is a sim card to cover all of SE Asia, only thailand. Every taxi driver knows "Pantip Plaza". Good luck.

You can buy second hand phones for 1000 baht ($40) and sell them when you leave. The sim card is only 200-300 baht (less than 10 dollars US). And you can use the cheap internet services everywhere to let people know the newest phone number(s)...
